Ivano Fracena is located on the western foot of Monte Lefre, a place where to enjoy spectacular panoramic views. A town of Medieval origins, it is nowadays a main venue for scientific and artistic initiatives of international relevance. Castel Ivano, which overlooks Valsugana from the top of the hill upon which it stands, features age-old origins. It is surrounded by a beautiful park and houses cultural events, conferences and exhibitions, which help promote Valsugana. There are many attractions for visitors, such as the natural reserve next to the castle, the Cappella di San Vendemiano chapel, the calchera (limestone oven) and the practice crag.
