Bleggio Inferiore is overlooked by the Monti di San Martino, near the Comano spas
The ancient parish church of Bleggio is located in an area encircled by the Sarca and Duina Rivers, and the slopes of the San Martino, Serra and Cogorna mountain peaks. Its landscape features densely planted terraces alternating with woody groves and scattered hamlets, while the church instead is found on its outskirts.
The newarby Comano spa establishment is the main tourist attraction, allowing visitors to enjoy a relaxing, comforting holiday.
Lomaso is a high, green tableland which stretches between the Duina and the Sarca Rivers and the Casale, Mison and Cogorna mountains. Its landscape is dotted by traditional villages perched on moranial terraces and its local economy is based on agriculture and animal husbandry.
The poet Giovanni Prati - to whom the Literary Park of Trentino is dedicated - was born in Campo Lomaso in 1814. Visitors are invited to improve their acquaintance with the poet through "romantic voyages"; that is, suggestive itineraries which visit some of his most beloved spots, such as his father's house, the Franciscan cloisters, the churches and castles.
The Val Lomasona "biotope" and wetlands are also of particular scientific and environmental interest.
