In Italian, LiberaMente is a play on words that means both acting "freely" and having a "free mind".

Treat yourself to a day of NatureTherapy and sauna rituals in our ACQUAin Day Spa, in the heart of Paganella, Trentino.

What does it mean to be free? For us, true freedom begins when the noise of the outside world fades, leaving room for the calm rhythm of your own breath. On April 25th, celebrate your inner liberation with "LiberaMente": a day entirely dedicated to those who feel the need to unplug, lay down their thoughts, and find themselves again through the ancestral wisdom of heat, silence, and nature.

The body knows the way to balance; we only offer the path to walk upon it.

Special Guest: Nature Guide | Annachiara Zecchetto

This is not just a day at the SPA; it is a ritual journey. We will begin in the greenery with Nature Therapy, awakening the senses to prepare the mind to receive heat and silence, freeing the mind.
Each guest will choose their own "Word Stone": a tangible intention to keep as an anchor during the rituals. Through sauna rituals, we will guide each participant in a sensory transformation culminating in the "Vision Labyrinth": a collective sound meditation where the vibrations of the Gong and other percussion instruments will seal the newfound peace.

9:45 AM | Opening Ritual: Gathering for reception and welcome briefing. Each participant receives a travel journal to take their own notes.

10:00 AM | Awakening Ritual: Participants registered for NatureTherapy will be accompanied by Annachiara outdoors, into the nature of Paganella. Here, a liberating walk of awareness begins, exploring the boundaries between your inner world and your surroundings. During the walk, the senses will be awakened to prepare them for the subsequent rituals.
11:00 AM | Welcoming Ritual: 'Fog of Thoughts' Aufguss to clear the mind and embrace silence through light aromas.

12:30 PM | Regenerating Aufguss
2:00 PM | Grounding Ritual: 'Roots and Breath' Aufguss to anchor thoughts to the present moment, aided by earthy aromas.
3:00 PM | Nourishment Ritual: 'Inner Light and Rebirth' Scrub with exfoliating treatments.
3:00 PM | Finnish Sauna Aufguss (simultaneous with the scrub).
4:00 PM | 'Water, Air, Essence' Sensory Aufguss Ritual A sensory experience in the Biosauna, harmonizing liquid elements, air movement, and a personalized essence.

5:50 PM | Guided Meditation 'diVision Labyrinth' in the relaxation room. A prelude to the sound meditation.

7:30 PM | Closing Ritual of the day: Aufguss.

How to Participate:

Book your entry. The event is included in the standard daily ticket for the Day Spa on April 25th. We recommend booking your entry online immediately to guarantee access to ACQUAin. [Book here].

To ensure the best experience, spots for program activities (Aufguss and sound baths) are limited and access is not guaranteed for everyone. Once inside the wellness center, please ask the sauna master directly to book your spot for individual rituals.

The NatureTherapy awareness walk must be booked in advance via the online form.
To book the walk, you must have purchased an entry ticket for April 25th or hold a membership. Suitable footwear and clothing are required for this activity. Participation is possible for people with disabilities. The activity will take place even in case of rain.
